Carob Chia Smoothie Bowl


  • 2 large/3 small frozen bananas
  • 1-2 TBS carob powder
  • 1-2 TBS chia seeds
  • 1 TBS nut butter
  • 2 dates
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract/powder
  • 1 cup almond milk


  1. Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a bowl and decorate (eg: with coconut, pomegranate arils, goji berries, nuts/seeds or a sprinkle of vanilla powder). Enjoy!
