Berry Nut Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1-2¬†Frozen bananas
  • 1-2 cups frozen berries (eg: black cherries, raspberries, blueberries)
  • 1-2 TBS chia seeds
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • 1-2 TBS almond/macadamia nut butter (or a handful of nuts)
  • 1 tsp honey/2-3 dates
  • 1 cup Almond milk
  • 1 TBS Mesquite powder (optional)

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
